Jeffery Sun Young Park is a first-generation queer Corean* based in Los Angeles. As a licensed marriage and family therapist Park works within a practice that champions BI and POC, queer, trans, and gender nonbinary people. Through his journey for self-care, he discovered ceramics. Park’s ceramic work is hand-built using stoneware clay that is mid, high, soda, and raku fired.

*The spelling of Corea with a C is the original spelling before colonization. As a Corean person, this spelling represents Park’s hope for a unified Corea.
